British Standard 5 lever Sashlock (using the Souber DBB Mortice Jig)

Most mortice locks are fitted the same which is why we only need to fit 4 on this course. So once you’ve perfected 1 mortice lock, then you’ll have perfected them all.

I will also be showing you all the tools and equipment required to fit all of the mortice locks on the course.

I will also show how to sharpen your chisels, as this is an important and underestimated part of lock fitting and is essential to have sharp chisels for fitting locks neatly and quickly.

We will have a chat about the most common mortice locks we see and talk about the most common sizes they come in and what they are primarily used for.

I will also share with you my Top 7 Hint & Tips to help make fitting mortice locks even easier.

In this Mortice Lock Installation Course you will learn how to fit a range of locks quickly and confidently with my step by step videos.
